A resolution supporting organizing mass student protests against the U.S. occupation of Iraq was passed at the Northeast Regional Convention in Philadelphia December 1-2, 2007. The call to action from the M20 working group was endorsed at the Midwest Regional Convention in Milwaukee, January 12-13, 2008, at the Southern SDS Regional Convention in Tuscaloosa, January 19-21, 2008, and at the conference of Virginia SDS chapters in Richmond, February 1-3, 2008.
